Ticket Info

$25 general admission, ages 3+

Important: Children ages 2 and under do not require a ticket, however, they will need to be held by a parent/guardian at all times while inside the reindeer enclosure for their safety.

Farm tours change with the seasons, see descriptions below to plan your visit.

November & December: Most popular time of year, book your tickets early! Complimentary cocoa, cider and cookies are included in your ticket price. Santa Claus will be at every farm tour starting the second week of November and all the way through December. Photos with Santa do not cost extra, please bring your own camera. Staff will be on hand to help with photos. Tickets sell out quickly during the holidays, we recommend booking at least 2 months in advance. We will typically be open 5-6 days a week during this time of year, please see our calendar for current availability. Tour times start at 9am and end at 3pm, starting every 30 minutes. Your visit will last approx. 1 hour.

January & February: These months are your best bet for a snowy farm experience with smaller crowd sizes throughout town. Also, keep in mind, the holiday lights will stay lit in downtown Leavenworth through at least Valentines Day. We will typically be open 4 days a week during this time of year, Fridays - Mondays. Tour times start at 10am and end at 1pm, starting every 30 minutes. Your visit will last approx. 1 hour. See our calendar for current availability.

March: CLOSED FOR ANNUAL FARM IMPROVEMENTS during the snow melt, and to prepare the herd for the arrival of baby reindeer! Closing dates may vary, please check the website calendar for availability.

April: Spring is a wonderful time to visit the farm, with the smallest crowd sizes of the year and the chance to meet baby Reindeer! Calves typically begin to arrive in mid-April. Please follow us on Facebook for current baby announcements if you are planning a visit with the newest members of our herd. Most of our herd will be in the process of shedding and regrowing antlers as well as shedding their white winter coats during this time. The farm will have limited availability during this time. We will typically offer only one mid-morning farm tour on Fridays - Mondays.

May - October: Warm weather and sunshine can be expected during this time of year. Our herd will be busy growing their new antlers (up to 1 inch a day!). The herd will be sporting their new chocolate colored, thinner summer coats. This is the safest time of year for small children to visit the farm because antlers are covered in soft velvet. In October, reindeer begin shedding their velvet to reveal their hardened full grown antlers. Rut begins in October and our breeding bulls will be separated from the public for safety.

ABOUT OUR TOURS: Advanced reservations are required. Same-day tickets are rarely available, please plan ahead. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early. Late arrivals will either forfeit their tickets, or be moved to the next available tour time that day (not guaranteed). Upon arriving at the farm, you are greeted by our mini ponies, Bella & Bandit, and one of our friendly farm staff. Children, and adults alike, are offered the opportunity to feed our free-range chickens, take a photo on Santa's Sleigh or climb on our fully restored vintage tractor. Seasonal refreshments are always offered complimentary as part of your tour.

Our tours always begin with an 10-15 minute presentation, led by one of the farm owners. This portion of the tour is educational and hands-on, with an opportunity to touch and hold shed Antlers. During the winter months, we will gather around a warm campfire, and during the summer, picnic tables are the perfect place to enjoy some shade while learning about the herd.

After your presentation, farm staff will go over some important safety information before you enter the reindeer enclosure. Each guest will be given Reindeer Food. Your up-close and personal Reindeer experience awaits as you enter their enclosure. Our friendly herd will eat right out of your hand or cup. You can pet their soft fur, hear their clicking hooves and even take a selfie. One of our staff will be happy to help you pose with a Reindeer and take an unforgettable photo for you.

More fun on the farm: Draft horses, ducks, bunnies, ponies, chickens, and pigs. You can also experience meeting all of the more traditional farm animals during your visit. Children enjoy the swing set, and often pretend to "fly" while playing on the Reindeer-shaped swings. Photo opportunities abound!

Our gift shop is open to ticketed guests only, and is full of exciting reindeer gifts and souvenirs.

This place really exceeded our expectations. The whole experience was really casual and felt like you were getting a friends/family tour. (I don’t know how they kept up, but they addressed everyone by their first name.) The reindeer were amazing, and the horses were beautiful. This was a great break from downtown, and was very affordable for a family. The online booking was convenient, and they were even able to accommodate us switching our reservations around. This was definitely the highlight of our trip, and would return to Leavenworth just to visit again.
