  • 15-20 minute educational presentation
  • 15-20 minutes in reindeer enclosure for feeding, photos, and interaction with the herd (height restrictions apply)

There are two ways to interact with the reindeer herd:

Main Enclosure: Guests over 55” will enter the main enclosure, surrounded by the herd. Reindeer food will be provided to each guest. A photo opportunity will be provided.

Cupid’s Corner: This area is located inside the reindeer enclosure. Cupid’s Corner is for guests under 55” along with an accompanying ticketed adult, guests with mobility constraints or special needs, and any guests with a wheelchair, walker or stroller. Guests who enter this area will be given a photo opportunity, along with a chance to offer food to the reindeer herd through the fence. *Adults visiting with guests under 55” are welcome to “switch places” with another adult in their party, in order to enter the main reindeer enclosure.
